Privacy information We collect product metadata and what you write. We never collect your project content.
What we collect
What you submit in this form: feedback type, title, description, and your email address if you choose to add one. We also record basic product metadata: product ID and name, product version, engine version, platform, locale, and the source parameter used to open this page.
What we never collect
Project names or paths, file contents, operating-system or source-control usernames, machine names, logs, attachments, account data, or any telemetry beyond the metadata named above.
How we use it
To understand the report, reproduce the issue, and improve the product. If you leave an email address we may use it to ask follow-up questions or tell you when the issue is resolved. Nothing else. No marketing, and no sharing with third parties for their own purposes.
Who handles the data
Pullsar Dev is responsible for this data. We use Cloudflare to serve this page and verify submissions, and an internal notification tool that alerts us when new feedback arrives. Your data is processed on their infrastructure, which may be outside your country. The verification token and IP address are not stored, and the notification excludes your email address.
Retention and your choices
Feedback is kept for as long as it is useful for the product, and at most 24 months. You can ask us to delete your submission or tell us what we hold about you at any time. Write to support@pullsar.dev and we will handle it within 30 days.
